An agreement has been reached on a £52million deal while personal terms were previously agreed on a five-year contract.

Enzo Maresca has reacted to Noni Madueke ’s move to Arsenal, saying Chelsea were powerless because “Noni decided to leave”. On Friday, Madueke was granted permission to leave Chelsea’s Club World Cup camp in the United States and return to the UK to undergo a medical ahead of his £52million move to London rivals Arsenal.

Arsenal will sign their second player from London rivals Chelsea this summer when Noni Madueke’s transfer is finalised.
