Developers who write apps for ServiceNow can now use VS Code instead of its own Studio web-based IDE.

At its recent Knowledge 2024 event, ServiceNow discussed its vision for digital transformation as it aims to expand across more functions within customer organizations.

The partnership will allow Now Assist, ServiceNow’s GenAI technology, and Microsoft Copilot to pass data and natural language requests between the two.
