Ch 9 News story on yesterday morning's rescue of Morgan, a borzoi (russian wolfhound), who wandered from home and fell 20m down a cliff at Pheasants Nest. Picton and Liverpool firefighters used a rescue stretcher and ropes to haul the 60kg dog to safety. Morgan's owners report on Picton Fire & Rescue Station's Facebook page that he has a broken pelvis in a number of places and may lose his tail but are grateful he has survived.
