If you drove the #GlennHighway through #EagleRiver this morning, you know it’s open to all three lanes in both directions! The Artillery on-ramp is open and the speed limit is returned to 65 mph. You’ll still see some activity this week as we take down all the detour signs and finish up on the frontage road.
